After the innovation and improvement, Niunin Tech owns the product uniquely used for WCFB® projects: the “high-pressure internal return spray gun” other than normal spray guns. The spray gun has awesome design and features which efficiently solve common problems, like easy sticky and corrosion, abrasion of the sprinkler head, and tube blocking. The quality is guaranteed - the spray gun stably operates over ten projects, each functioning well and excellent.

Models

There are four types of spray gun in use: 3t/h,5t/h,8t/h, and 10t/h, which allows fuel gas up to 10000~2000000 Nm3/h in WCFB® projects.

Chute

Feature and Advantage:

The ash conveying device of chute improved by Niunin Tech adopts fluidization conveying technology, and its conveying capacity can reach up to 300 t/h. There are observation ports and maintenance doors on the chute, and the corresponding supporting structure is equipped, which can ensure that the chute will not be cracked in cold and hot state and play a fully sealed state.

Niunin Tech offers the optimal filter cloth, reasonable design, which provides an excellent working environment for chute during the desulfurization process. In addition to the high efficiency of the chute, the unique structure solves the leaking ash problem, and greatly improves the environment.

Valves in Combination

Niunin Tech offers two types of valves, one is adjustable and the other involves switch. In WCFB® project, we use the combination of the two and follow the ash flow.

The valve follows the Germany standard of design, operates with pneumatic actuator imported from UK, and all materials are delicate chosen then constructed by the professional manufacturers. The inflow ash is no upper and lower boundary, adjustable with multiple speed, involving switch, type-V valve clack, and fluidization equipment. The operation stability is guaranteed.

Measurement of outlet structure and tower top

Niunin Patent

The outlet structure of desulfurization tower is originally created and improved by Niunin Tech with over ten years’ operating experience. Our experts combine the optimal parts and conclude as part of WCFB® project. It is a simple and problem free structure with a large dip angle - no ash deposition and has a stable and uniform gas distribution.

Niunin Tech tower outlet structure is equipped with special pressure and temperature measurement module, with appropriate measurement structure and back blowing mechanism, which can accurately obtain the tower top static pressure, thus providing firm support for the stable operation of the WCFB® project system.

Venturi

Core technique - Venturi

Another core technique is venturi, especially designed and constructed for WCFB® project. Venturi converts kinetic energy of induced draft fan into kinetic energy of fluidized bed reaction.

The main purpose is to reduce the fan energy cost and lower the inside tower pressure difference while empty, and to additionally aid with common fluidized bed problems (e.g., stabilized construction and operation, anti-scaling, anti- collapse).

Multi-venturi structure

High pressure return control valve

Insight

Via controlling the return nozzle, high pressure return control valve is able to supports the WCFB® spray system to adjust the inflow amount of water at the CFB tower where the system is sensitive to the outlet flue gas temperature.

For a better linear proportion of the control valve, Niunin Tech improve the inner valve structure and eventually develop our own valve technology, which is more user friendly and efficient during the operation. Through a long-term test and operation period, we ensure the quality and performance.
